Service Description

This is a ride-share program. Please schedule your ride time depending on distance to your drop off location. List your days and times if they are different each day. Note: Please be mindful that driver may have multiple pickups for the same time. The driver will arrive within 30mins to an hour of your scheduled pickup time. Please schedule accordingly to ensure that you arrive to work on time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be refunded. You may reschedule at least 2 hours before pickup times. 5-day passes and 7-day passes cannot be cancelled. You can reschedule the 5 or 7 days for emergency only. Call or message Alpha Transportation if you plan to reschedule/cancel.
